In recent years the appearance of men’s fashion took major steps towards a more outspoken look. However the boundaries in style and identity are still present and need to be pushed. Simultaneously the image of masculinity is changing, just as the image of time it is connected to. Photographer Ninette Schostack and Art director Martin Oomen explored the shifting identities in today’s men’s fashion. The research resulted in the editorial ‘Archetypes’; a translation of new identities based on style and colors of the spring/ summer menswear collection.
