Marcel Veldman

Marcel Veldman is a photographer whose work is deeply rooted in the skateboarding scene. Never just the outsider looking in but always present with a camera around his neck, Marcel manages to capture the pure and unadulterated essence of sports such as skateboarding. This honest and raw perspective offers the viewer an insight into what it is like to be present in a moment of many. This led to a long-standing collaboration with Nike, taking his skills beyond the world of skateboarding into other categories. Additionally, Marcel is one of the founders of the award-winning Fluff magazine, blending skating and street culture. In his magazines he shows he is also capable of concepting. Next to skateboarding and sports, he is also into creating portraits and lifestyle images.
