Tim Buiting

Tim Buiting found his interest in photography from a very young age, portraying friends and family. All was innocent. His skills became more serious during his minor Photography at de Fotovakschool. While he studied there, he worked in Amsterdam’s vibrant music scene. Capturing sweaty club vibes, hard working artists but foremost intense moments of ecstatic people. Here, he developed his style: natural light that captures unforeseen unique moments in the midst of chaos. After four years of successful capturing clubs & festivals, his focus shifted to other facets of photography. He’s excited to do more personal work, including lifestyle and portraits. And a shift of work means a shift in style. His work became more aesthetic and more intimate. The combination of personal, commercial and event work gives him the flexibility to do what he loves most and keep cultivating his skills.
