About the campaign: Heesen has revealed its new communications campaign. The radical new campaign, led by Heesen’s Marketing Director Mark van Heffen, embodies the customer’s desire to enjoy the yacht from the moment construction begins at the shipyard. Striking images contrast the glamour of the yachting lifestyle with the roughness of the yacht in build, evoking a fantasy of pleasure ahead of delivery. Mark van Heffen: “The idea was to move away from the generic image of a finished yacht in sunny waters. We wanted to peel back the veil and show the beauty of a yacht in build while encouraging the client to imagine their future life on board. It’s the build process that ultimately leads to the fantasy. With Carli’s style, I was sure we would create something different with impact. He’s done that in several other industries.”
