Daan Habets is a multidisciplinary artist specialized in set design and (stop-motion) animation. After studying at the Maastricht Art Academy she went on to follow a postgraduate at The Ateliers in Amsterdam, where she lives and works today. Her work consists mainly of handmade 3D collages, miniature models and stop motion animation; characterized by a cut & paste approach with a surrealist twist. With her work she aims to invoke a sense of wonder in the spectator. Her clients include Hermès, H&M and Adidas among others.
